He identified and secured every leak right away, then guided us through the entire insurance process, worked directly with our adjuster, and got a full roof replacement authorized. His pricing was fair and transparent, and his communication was honest and straightforward from start to finish. What stood out more than anything was Remy’s integrity. He never pressured us, never tried to upsell us, and always put our best interests first. He is simply the most trustworthy person we have dealt with in any home improvement experience — period. "Today we had Remy come out to clean gutters and give our roof a good check. With rainy season in Houston on its way there’s nothing better than having peace of mind knowing you have a sound roof that won’t leak! We were more than impressed he was very professional and TRUSTWORTHY. Remy went over and above to make sure our roof was good to go for the rain we will be getting next week! We need repairs but he covered piping holes that were not done correctly when our roof was replaced years ago. It’s very encouraging to know honest people are still out there and willing to help!
