This one was a big job. We just wrapped up a full roof replacement on this home - 12,000 square feet of new shingles, all done through a USAA insurance claim. A roof this size has a lot of complexity to it. Multiple ridgelines, hips, valleys - every one of those transitions has to be done right or you're setting the homeowner up for problems later.

We handle the insurance side of things too. A lot of homeowners don't know where to start when it comes to filing a storm damage claim, and honestly that's where a lot of people get shortchanged. We work directly with carriers like USAA to make sure the full scope of the damage gets documented and the claim reflects what actually needs to be done. No guessing, no cutting corners to meet a budget that wasn't set right.

Here's something we say to every customer - a roof is only as good as the full system around it. That's why we're heading back to this home to install brand-new 6-inch seamless gutters with oversized 3x4 downspouts. Standard gutters on a home this size just can't move water fast enough. The oversized downspouts make sure that when a hard rain hits, water gets directed away from the foundation the way it's supposed to.

Seamless gutters don't have the seams and joints that standard sectional gutters do, which means fewer leak points over time. Pair that with the 3x4 downspouts and you've got a drainage setup that can actually keep up. It's the kind of detail that doesn't get talked about enough, but it matters a lot for the long-term health of the home.

If your home took storm damage and you're not sure where to start with a claim, or if you just want someone to come take a look and give you an honest assessment, we're happy to help. That's what we do.
